Cut off: This shop will close at 10:00am Monday 19 October 2015. No orders can be submitted over this date. Your order will be produced in bulk after the shop has closed and delivery is estimated to be 2 November 2015.
Orders: Please ensure that all details in your order is correct. Once you have submitted and paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain the details of your order.
Payment: Once you have submitted your order you will be redirected to Paypal to make payment by credit card. Any delivery details provided during the payment process in Paypal will be ignored. Your order will not be processed until payment has been made. If you are experiencing any difficulties with payment, please call us on 0800 566 787.
Shipping: Shipping is free if you want your order delivered to the SOULS office on Campus, or you can have it shipped to any New Zealand address for $5.00 per order. We use Fastway Couriers. We will email you with a tracking link once your order has been despatched.
No Returns: Because products are being custom printed for you, you cannot return your garment or exchange it for a different size after your order has been placed. We will of course replace any faulty product.
